The Giffin House is a historic plank-frame house in Goshen, New Hampshire. It is located on the west side of New Hampshire Route 10, about 0.1 mile south of its junction with Brook Road. The single-story structure is framed using three inch vertical planking, an unusual construction technique found in a cluster in this rural town. Built in 1835, this small (18' by 27') structure served as a schoolhouse until 1957, after which it was converted to residential use. It is one of three surviving 19th century schoolhouses in Goshen.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.[1]
