The Front of the Communist Youth (Italian: Fronte della Gioventù Comunista, FGC) is the youth organization of the Communist Party, founded in 2012. It defines itself as «the revolutionary organization of young workers, students and workless youth that struggle against capitalism, to build the socialist society».[1]

It assumes a revolutionary program and bases its ideology on Marxism–Leninism. The FGC aims to the destruction of capitalism and the transformation of Italy to a socialist state. It appreciates the experience of the real socialism, and particularly the Soviet Union before Khrushchev. The FGC also claims the necessity for Italy of a unilateral exit from EU and NATO.

In 2015 the FGC becomes member of the World Federation of Democratic Youth.[2]
