Guangdong Foday Automobile Co., Ltd., trading as Foday, is an automotive manufacturing company based in Guangdong, China. With roots going back to 1988, it used to be known as Guangdong Fudi Automobile Co., Ltd.. Its principal products are vehicles, primarily pick-up trucks and SUVs, automotive parts and stampings. Its products have been sold in various countries under the Fudi and Foday brands.[1]
Marketing
In 2012, a Foday Explorer 6 knock-down kit is being assembled and tested in Indonesia as one of Indonesian rebadging project called Esemka Rajawali I Alpha.
In 2018, a Foday Landfort SUV is being assembled and rebadged as Esemka Garuda 1, and Foday F22 as Esemka Digdaya.[2][3]
