The Flourtown Fire Company is a volunteer fire company that provides fire protection and emergency medical services to Springfield Township, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.[2] Some of the fire company's members serve a dual role as fire police.

Station and apparatus

The Flourtown Fire Company has a single fire station which is home to 4 pieces of firefighting equipment.[1]

  • Engine 6 carries 1,000 US gallons (3,800 l) of water and can carry up to 8 personnel.
  • Ladder 6 features a 100 feet (30 m) rear-mounted ladder along with other rescue equipment.
