Felicia Hwang (born 18 April 1992) is a Chinese Indonesian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2016, or first runner-up, in the 2016 Puteri Indonesia competition.[1] She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2016 pageant and finished as 2nd Runner-up.

She was born in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, on 18 April 1992. She graduated from Bradford University with a bachelor degree on accounting and finance.[2]

Hwang is the second woman from Lampung to win a runner-up award in Puteri Indonesia, the first being Veria Syanusi, who was second runner-up in 1992. Hwang also awarded Miss Intelligence 2016, one of awards in Puteri Indonesia competition. Thirty-nine women representing 34 provinces competed in the 20th Puteri Indonesia pageant, which was held on 19 February 2016 at the Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta. The winner of the competition was Kezia Warouw of Sulawesi Utara.[3][4]

As first runner-up, Hwang competed at the Miss International 2016 pageant, where she finished as the 2nd Runner Up. She also won the Miss Best Dresser award.[5]
