The Embassy of India in Washington, D.C. is the diplomatic mission of the Republic of India to the United States. It is situated in Washington, D.C.'s Embassy Row in a house which was originally built in 1901 for T. Morris Murray.[1] It is headed by the Indian Ambassador to the United States.
India also has consulates in the New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta, Houston and Chicago, which are all associated with the Indian Embassy.[2]
