El Moro, Colorado

The former El Moro Public School (now privately held).

El Moro is a census-designated place in Las Animas County, Colorado.[1]

A post office called El Moro was established in 1876, and remained in operation until 1933.[2] El Moro is a name derived from Spanish meaning "the Moor".[3]
