Dry Creek (Big Creek)

Dry Creek is a stream in Lincoln and Warren counties of the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Big Creek. A variant name was "Dry Branch".[1]

The headwaters of the stream are at 38°54′29″N 91°10′24″W / 38.90806°N 91.17333°W / 38.90806; -91.17333 and the confluence with Big Creek is at 38°53′56″N 91°04′18″W / 38.89889°N 91.07167°W / 38.89889; -91.07167Coordinates: 38°53′56″N 91°04′18″W / 38.89889°N 91.07167°W / 38.89889; -91.07167.[1]

Dry Creek was so named because it often is dry.[2]
