Coachwork International is a bus manufacturer in New Zealand. It was established in 1926 when the Neilsen's Body Works, Dannevirke and the body-building firm Munt, Cottrell & Co merged to form Munt, Cottrell, Neilsen & Co. It was based on the corner of Hutt Road and Jackson Street in Pentone.[1]

It initially concentrated on car bodies but later diversified into commercial bodies and truck equipment. In 1937, it was rebranded New Zealand Motor Bodies. In 1978 the factory moved to Palmerston North. In 1983 it was rebranded as Coachwork International.[1]

In the early-1980s it bodied 450 Volvo B58 and Mercedes-Benz buses for Singapore Bus Service.[2][3] In 1981 it began assembling Plaxton Supreme bodies delivered in CKD form from England.[4]
