Chieșd (Hungarian: Szilágykövesd) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Chieșd, Colonia Sighetu Silvaniei (Szilágyszigettelep) and Sighetu Silvaniei (Szilágysziget).
