Chengkou County (Chinese: 城口县; pinyin: Chéngkǒu Xiàn) is a county in Chongqing municipality, China, and is the northernmost county-level division of Chongqing, bordering the provinces of Shaanxi and Sichuan to the north and west, respectively.

Administrative divisions

Chengkou County has 7 towns and 17 townships:[1]

  • Towns (镇): Gecheng (葛城), Xincheng (新城), Xiuqi (修齐), Gaoguan (高观), Miaoba (庙坝), Bashan (巴山), Pingba (坪坝), Mingtong (明通).
  • Townships (乡): Gaoyan (高燕), Liaozi (蓼子), Zuolan (左岚), Beiping (北屏), Shuanghe (双河), Yanhe (沿河), Dongan (东安), Shifang (石坊), Houping (厚坪), Zhiping (治平), Lantian (岚天), Zhouxi (周溪), Heyu (河鱼), Gaonan (高楠), Mingzhong (明中), Longtian (龙田), Jiming (鸡鸣), Xianyi (咸宜).
