Brisbane Roar FC Reserves is an Australian semi-professional association football team based in Brisbane, Queensland. Founded in 2008, it is the reserve and youth team of Brisbane Roar. The team currently plays in the National Premier Leagues Queensland which is the second level of Australia's football pyramid and in the National Youth League. They play home matches at any of several NPL or FQPL clubs grounds.
History
The team was founded in 2008, as a Brisbane Roar (then Queensland Roar) representative team for the inaugural season of the National Youth League competition. On 8 January 2014, it was confirmed that the team would compete in the National Premier Leagues Queensland competition for 2014 season onwards.[1]
