Azendohsauridae was a family of allokotosaurian archosauromorphs which lived around 245-216 million years ago. As of 2017 three genera are recognized as having belonged to the family: Azendohsaurus, Malerisaurus[1], Pamelaria and Shringasaurus.[2][3]

Description

Azendohsauridae was a family of massive herbivorous allokotosaurians with long necks and small heads. Their size ranged from a little less than 1,5 m to more than 4 m in length and an average weight of 40 to 200 kg depending on the species.
