Asurbandh is a village in Dumri CD Block in Dumri subdivision of Giridih district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.

Demographics
As per the 2011 Census of India Asurbandh had a total population of 4,098, of which 2,115 (52%) were males and 1,983 (48%) were females. Population below 6 years was 678. The total number of literates in Asurbandh was 2,266 (66.26% of the population over 6 years).[2]
Transport
Asurbandh is on Dumri-Bermo-Jaina Road, off NH 19 (old NH 2)/ Grand Trunk Road. Nimiaghat railway station on the Grand Chord is located nearby.[3]
