Appikatla is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Bapatla mandal of Tenali revenue division.[1]

Government and politics

Appikatla gram panchayat is the local self-government of the village.[3][4] The panchayat has a total of 10 wards and each ward is represented by an elected ward member.[5][6] The ward members are headed by a sarpanch and the present sarpanch is Vistarla Sugunamma, who got elected in the year 2013.[7][8]
