Antwaun Woods (born January 3, 1993) is an American football nose tackle for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at USC.
Early life and High school career
Woods was a starter for all four years playing for William Howard Taft. His junior year he collected 38 tackles and had 4 sacks, and 31 tackles and 2 sacks as a senior. He was named Super Prep All-American, Under Armour All-American, ESPNU 150. He received a scholarship to USC.
College career
Woods redshirted his first year at USC and started the first four games of his freshman season as a nose tackle and used as a backup for the rest of the season where he recorded 16 tackles, 3 sacks and 4.5 tackles for loss.[1]
During his sophomore season he continues as a defensive tackle and played a more important role in the season overall. He started for half of the season and recorded 20 tackles, 1 sack and 2 tackels for a loss and a deflection.[2]
His junior year he is mostly used as a nose tackle appearing in twelve games while starting in ten of them. He recorded 37 tackles with 1 sack and 1 tackle for loss.[3] He had to end his season after tearing his chest muscle just before the Holiday Bowl.
In his senior year, he recorded 38 tackles, 3 sacks, with 6 tackles for a loss which earned him Defensive Lineman of the Year. Overall, Woods recorded 111 tackles, 8 sacks, and 13.5 tackles for loss throughout his college career.[4]
He received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.

Professional career
Tennessee Titans
After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, Woods signed with the Tennessee Titans on May 1, 2016.[5] He was released on September 3, 2016, and was signed to the Titans' practice squad the next day.[6] He was promoted to the active roster on December 28, 2016.[7] In one game of his rookie year, Woods recorded three tackles.
On September 2, 2017, Woods was waived by the Titans and was signed to the practice squad the next day.[8][9] He signed a reserve/future contract with the Titans on January 15, 2018.[10]
On May 17, 2018, Woods was waived/injured by the Titans and was placed on injured reserve.[11] He was released with an injury settlement on May 22, 2018.
Dallas Cowboys
On May 30, 2018, Woods signed with the Dallas Cowboys.[12] On August 31, 2018, he made the Cowboys 53-man roster as their starting nose tackle.
