Anthony Bouchard is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming Senate representing District 6 since January 10, 2017.[1]

Elections

2012

Bouchard challenged incumbent Republican Senator Wayne Johnson in the Republican primary, but was defeated by Johnson by 42 votes.[2]

2014

Bouchard challenged incumbent Representative John Eklund Jr. in the District 10 Republican primary along with Donn Edmunds. Eklund won the primary with 59% of the vote.[3]

2016

When incumbent Republican Senator Wayne Johnson announced his retirement, Bouchard announced his candidacy for the seat. Bouchard ran against State Representative David Zwonitzer and Lindi Kirkbride in the Republican primary. Bouchard defeated Zwonitzer by five votes to become the Republican nominee. He defeated independent candidate Kym Zwonitzer, wife of David Zwonitzer, in the general election with 52% of the vote.[4]
