The 2nd Government under the restored Monarchy of Spain or First Suárez Cabinet was the second Council of Ministers after the short-lived cabinet of Carlos Arias Navarro. This Cabinet was created after the King Juan Carlos I asked for the resignation of President Navarro and appointing later Adolfo Suárez as new President and right hand man. Together, they changed the authoritarian regime to a democratic regime.
