The 2018–19 FC Midtjylland season is FC Midtjylland's 20th season of existence, and their 18th consecutive season in the Danish Superliga, the top tier of football in Denmark. Outside of the Superliga, Midtjylland will compete in the Danish Cup and the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds.

Midtjylland is defending its 2017-18 Danish Superliga championship, enters the 2018-19 Danish Cup in the second round and will play in the second qualifying round of the 2018–19 UEFA Champions League.
