The 2013–14 San Jose Sharks season was the club's 23rd season in the National Hockey League (NHL). The Sharks qualified for the Stanley Cup playoffs for the tenth consecutive season,[1] but lost in the first round to the Los Angeles Kings 3–4 after being up 3–0.

Playoffs

The Sharks entered the playoffs as the Pacific Division's second seed. They faced the Los Angeles Kings in the first round. With a 5–1 Game 7 loss, the Sharks became the fourth team in NHL history to lose a series when holding a 3–0 series lead.[4]
