İpek Öz (born 8 July 1999) is a Turkish tennis player.
Öz achieveed her first professional champion title in the singles event at the ITF Tournament held at Manavgat, Antalya, Turkey in 2017 defeating her Czech, Belgian, Brazilian and Italian opponents, and winning over Ilona Georgiana Ghioroaie from Romania in the final with 6-3 and 6-2.[1]
She has a career high WTA singles ranking of 602, achieved on 5 February 2018. She peaked in the doubles rankings at 450, on 19 March 2018.
Öz will make her WTA main draw debut at the 2018 İstanbul Cup, receiving a wildcard into the singles draw. In the doubles main draw, partnering Melis Sezer.[2]
She took part at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona, Spain, and won the gold medal for Turkey in the doubles event with her teammate Başak Eraydın.[3][4]
