  • The heiban accent is only used for the tape deck sense.

デッキ (rōmaji dekki)

1. (of a ship) a deck

   Synonym: 甲板 (kōhan)

2. the floor of a vehicle, particularly the entryway of a rail car

   Synonym: 陸屋根 (rokuyane)

3. a flat (area on a roof, particularly the accessible platform on a roof of an airport or dock facility)
