อำนาจปกครอง

From อำนาจ (am-nâat, “authority; force; power”) +‎ ปกครอง (bpòk-krɔɔng, “to administer, to control, to direct, to rule; to guard, to protect”).

Probably first used on 11 November 1923, when the first book of the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand was promulgated.

   • 1990, พระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๐) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓:

     มาตรา ๓๘ ให้ยกเลิกความในมาตรา ๑๕๖๖ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน "มาตรา ๑๕๖๖ บุตรซึ่งยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะต้องอยู่ใต้อำนาจปกครองของบิดามารดา

     mâat-dtraa sǎam-sìp bpɛ̀ɛt hâi yók-lə̂ək kwaam nai mâat-dtraa nʉ̀ng pan hâa rɔ́ɔi hòk-sìp hòk hɛ̀ng bprà-muuan-gòt-mǎai-pɛ̂ng-lɛ́-paa-nít lɛ́ hâi chái kwaam dtɔ̀ɔ-bpai-níi tɛɛn "mâat-dtraa nʉ̀ng pan hâa rɔ́ɔi hòk-sìp hòk bùt sʉ̂ng yang mâi ban-lú ní-dtì-paa-wá dtɔ̂ng yùu dtâai am-nâat-bpòk-krɔɔng kɔ̌ɔng bì-daa-maan-daa

     Section 38 The provision of Section 1566 of the Civil and Commercial Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following: "Section 1566 A child who has not yet attained majority must be subject to the parental authority of its parents.

   • 1976, พระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้บทบัญญัติบรรพ ๕ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ที่ได้ตรวจชำระใหม่ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๙:

     มาตรา ๑๕๖๗ ผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองมีสิทธิ (๑) กำหนดที่อยู่ของบุตร (๒) ทำโทษบุตรตามสมควรเพื่อว่ากล่าวสั่งสอน (๓) ให้บุตรทำการงานตามสมควรแก่ความสามารถและฐานานุรูป (๔) เรียกบุตรคืนจากบุคคลอื่นซึ่งกักบุตรไว้โดยมิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

     mâat-dtraa nʉ̀ng pan hâa rɔ́ɔi hòk-sìp jèt pûu chái am-nâat-bpòk-krɔɔng mii sìt-tí à-nú-mâat-dtraa nʉ̀ng gam-nòt tîi-yùu kɔ̌ɔng bùt à-nú-mâat-dtraa sɔ̌ɔng tam tôot bùt dtaam sǒm-kuuan pʉ̂ʉa wâa-glàao sàng-sɔ̌ɔn à-nú-mâat-dtraa sǎam hâi bùt tam gaan-ngaan dtaam sǒm-kuuan gɛ̀ɛ kwaam-sǎa-mâat lɛ́ tǎa-naa-nú-rûup à-nú-mâat-dtraa sìi rîiak bùt kʉʉn jàak bùk-kon ʉ̀ʉn sʉ̂ng gàk bùt wái dooi mí chɔ̂ɔp dûai gòt-mǎai

     Section 1567 The person exercising the parental authority shall be entitled: (1) to determine the residence of the child; (2) to inflict proper penalties upon the child for disciplinary or instructional purposes; (3) to have the child carry out some works as suitable for its ability and station in life; (4) to demand the return of the child from another person who unlawfully detains the child.
