De Wilheminanastraat is een laat-19e-eeuwse straat in het binnenstadskwadrant Rosariumbuurt in de Nederlandse plaats Venlo.

De straat loopt in noordelijke richting van de Monseigneur Boermansstraat tot aan de Goltziusstraat.
De straat is aangelegd nadat de vestingwerken zijn gesloopt, volgens het Plan van Uitleg dat werd opgesteld door Frederik Willem van Gendt. Net als enkele andere straten is de straat vernoemd naar een van de leden van het Koninklijk Huis, namelijk Wilhelmina.
Aan de straat ligt de voormalige Duitse School, die thans wordt gebruikt door de Fotovakschool.
