Paramuricea biscaya is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Plexauridae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Paramuricea. Paramuricea biscaya werd in 1977 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Grasshoff.
