Clubcarrière

Çipi begon zijn carrière in eigen land bij KS Flamurtari Vlorë. In december 1998 trok hij voor het eerst naar het buitenland, naar het Sloveense NK Maribor. Zijn buitenlands avontuur zette hij voort in België en Duitsland, alvorens z'n carrière in eigen land af te sluiten bij SK Tirana. In 2007 stopte hij met voetballen.

Interlandcarrière

Çipi speelde tussen 1995 en 2005 34 interlands voor Albanië.
