Chromonephthea cornuta is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Nephtheidae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Chromonephthea. Chromonephthea cornuta werd in 1977 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Verseveldt.
