Het seizoen 2017/18 was het 33e seizoen dat om het landskampioenschap van San Marino in het voetbal werd gestreden. SP La Fiorita won voor de vijfde keer in hun bestaan de titel voor het landskampioenschap.

Speelopzet

De clubs worden verdeeld in twee groepen en elke club speelt twee wedstrijden (volledige competitie) tegen elkaar. Nadat elke club één keer tegen elkaar heeft gespeeld, spelen de clubs één keer tegen alle clubs uit de andere groep (halve competitie). Uiteindelijk hebben de clubs op het einde dan 20 of 21 competitiewedstrijden gespeeld. De beste 3 clubs van elke groep spelen vervolgens play-off wedstrijden tegen elkaar, waarbij de club pas uitgeschakeld is wanneer deze twee wedstrijden verloren heeft.

Speellocaties Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio 2017/18

Door maar het beperkt aantal beschikbare speelvelden in San Marino hebben de clubs niet zo zeer een eigen speelveld. De competitie en play-off wedstrijden zijn normaal gesproken verdeeld over drie beschikbare locaties. Daarnaast werd er regelmatig in competitieverband uitgeweken naar Stadio Serravalle B in Serravalle en Stadio di Dogana Ezio Conti in Dogana. Het Olympisch Stadion in Serravalle werd voor één competitiewedstrijd gebruikt.

In de play-offs werden alle wedstrijden op één na in het Stadio Fonte Dell'Ovo in San Marino-stad gespeeld, dit was inclusief de finale. Alleen de eerste ronde wedstrijd tussen SP Libertas en SP Domagnano werd gespeeld in het Campo Sportivo di Fiorentino Federico Crescentini in Fiorentino.
