Het seizoen 1985/86 was het eerste seizoen dat om het landskampioenschap van San Marino in het voetbal werd gestreden. Het seizoen ging van start met 17 clubs. Alle clubs speelden slechts één onderlinge wedstrijd, waarbij op het einde van het seizoen de laatste acht degradeerden. Bij winst werden 2 punten verkregen, bij gelijkspel 1 en bij verlies 0.
