Anthomastus agassizii is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Alcyoniidae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Anthomastus. Anthomastus agassizii werd in 1922 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Verrill.
