Alcyonium elegans is een zachte koraalsoort uit de familie Alcyoniidae. De koraalsoort komt uit het geslacht Alcyonium. Alcyonium elegans werd in 1902 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Kukenthal.
