Virgin Radio Lebanon

Virgin Radio Lebanon is part of the Virgin Radio chain launched by Richard Branson which is also part of the Virgin Group, operated in Lebanon by Levant Media Hub SAL. Its official launch was on 15 May 2013.[1] It broadcasts on 89.5FM. It has a powerful FM and online presence, and is also available on Android and iOS. In one of its main features 10 Hits in a row that occurs at the top of almost all hours, the station plays 10 songs back to back commercial free. The station quickly gained traction to become one of the leading media across its territory. The station has also gained considerable global attention with its Instagram account with over 1.1 million followers and its Facebook page, with over 13 million "likes".[2] Virgin Radio Lebanon's Chairman is Makram Zard Abou Jaoude and its General Manager is Najy Cherabieh.

On September 1st 2019, Virgin Radio Stars Lebanon was launched on 89.7FM, alongside its sister radio station Virgin Radio Lebanon on 89.5FM. Virgin Radio Lebanon has always been the trend setting cutting edge Top 40 commercial hit music radio station targeting mainly the ages of 15 years old to 35 years old, while Virgin Radio Stars Lebanon is the mature sister, who's still young at heart, targeting mainly the 35 to 55 years old who grew up loving the 80s, 90s and 2000s while still being contemporary. Side by Side the two Virgin Radio stations in Lebanon will work in unison to bring the best in music, entertainment, events and campaigns.
