Ragersville, Ohio
Ragersville is an unincorporated community in Tuscarawas County, in the U.S. state of Ohio.[1]
History
Ragersville was platted in 1830 by Conrad Rager, and named for him.[2] A post office called Ragersville was established in 1880, and remained in operation until 1955.[3]
Notable person
- Nancy Sexton, a filmmaker, was born at Ragersville in 1969.[4]
- Alta Weiss, baseball player, was from here
