The community is bordered on the west by Niagara Regional Road 46, on the east by the Welland Canal, on the north by the QEW and Welland Avenue, and on the south by the 406, Lincoln Avenue and Niagara Regional Road 81.[2] The west side of this neighbourhood is composed of employments lands, while the east side is composed of medium to high density residential and mixed use properties.[3]
