Patrizia Barbieri (born 8 May 1960) is an Italian politician.[1]

Biography

She was born in Cremona, Italy, and she graduated at University of Parma. She has a law firm together with some partners in Piacenza, where she works as a civil lawyer and as a freelancer. She resides in Castelvetro Piacentino.[2] She is married and has two daughters.[3] Barbieri has served as Mayor of Piacenza since 27 June 2017.[4][5][6] On 31 October 2018 she was elected President of the Province of Piacenza.[7]

On 4 March 2020 she announced she had tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.[8]
