POWER10 processors will be manufactured using a 7 nm[2] process and feature enhancements compared to its predecessor, POWER9, regarding core count, microarchitecture design, memory controllers, and I/O with support for OpenCAPI 4.0 and NVLink3.[4][5]
Systems using POWER10 are expected to be available in 2021[6] and will utilize PowerISA v3.1 specification.[7]
