The Maxus D90 is a full-size, body-on-frame SUV produced by Chinese automaker SAIC under the sub-brand Maxus since October 2017.[1]

The Maxus D90 was previewed by the Maxus D90 concept SUV during the 2016 Beijing Auto Show.[2]

The D90 debuted at the 2016 Guangzhou International Motor Show in Guangzhou, China.

MG Gloster

The MG Gloster is a full-size SUV based on the Maxus D90 produced by MG Motor India.

Maxus EUNIQ 9

A full electric version of D90 call Maxus EUNIQ 9 will be launched but is postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Specifications

The D90 is based off the T60 pick-up ladder frame chassis.[3]

The D90 comes with a 2.0 litre 20L4E TGI turbocharged petrol engine and 6 speed manual and tiptronic gearbox. It is available in 5 and 7 seater configurations and 8 trim levels. Pricing ranges between 156,700 yuan and 263,800 yuan (24,713 to 41,609 USD).[4] It is also available in 9 exterior colours: Olive Green, Obsidian Black, Lava Ash, Zircon Red, Blanc White, Champagne Gold, Amber Gold, Gem Blue and Aurora Silver. It also comes with 5 different grilles called Star Style, Mesh Inlet, Light black tri-grid, Chromium tri-gate and the Mesh Inlet grille with the Maxus logo. 10 different wheel choices are available: 21 inch High Gloss and Black Swivel, 19 inch High Gloss A-Symmetric and Black A-Symmetric, 19 inch Black and Silver Cyclone Wheels, 18 inch Black and Silver double width Sport Wheels and 17 inch High Gloss and Black 6 spoke Wheels,[5]
