Matti Lund Nielsen (born 8 May 1988) is a Danish footballer who plays as a midfielder in Italy for Reggina. Nielsen has amassed a total 46 youth caps for Denmark under five different age groups, but has yet to earn a senior cap.

F.C. Nordsjælland
In December 2009, Nielsen signed a contract with the Danish Sas-Liga team FC Nordsjælland starting from 1 January
Pescara
On 30 December 2011, it was confirmed that Matti Lund Nielsen would transfer to Pescara on a free transfer, signing a contract till summer 2014.[1]
Return to OB
On 19 September 2015, Odense Boldklub announced that Nielsen was signed for the remainder of the calendar year.[2]
