This is a list of lieutenant governors of the U.S. state of Iowa.
History
Prior to 1990, the governor and lieutenant governor were elected in separate elections; since then they have run together on the same ticket.

As of October 2019, there are seven former Lieutenant Governors of Iowa still alive, the oldest being Roger Jepsen (served 1969–1973, born 1928). The most recent death of a former Lieutenant Governor of Iowa was that of Jo Ann Zimmerman (served 1987–1991, born 1936), on October 23, 2019. The most recently serving Lieutenant Governor to die was Joy Corning (served 1991–1999, born 1932), on May 20, 2017.
