On August 11, 2019, Volynets won the USTA Girls 18s National Championships, 6–2, 6–4 over Emma Navarro, earning her a wild-card entry into the singles main draw of the 2019 US Open.[3] She lost in the first round to Bianca Andreescu, who went on to win the tournament.
