Jagtial

Jagtial is a city[2] and the district headquarters Jagtial district of Telangana, India.[3] It has an average elevation of 293 metres (961 ft).[4].It is located about 190 kilometres (118 mi) north of the state capital Hyderabad.

Transport

Jagital has a railway station named Lingampet Jagityal (LPJL), which has express halts as stoppage for agricultural products and other exports. Passengers are increasing daily from this station, and it became a major station after becoming district headquarters.

It also has a bus depot named Jagtial జగిత్యాల (JGTL), in which there are about 200 buses. The depot generates a good amount of revenue for TSRTC due to its proximity in the centre of surrounding villages and towns.
