History

HMR was established in 2002 with the approval of AICTE, Government of NCT, Delhi and the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. It was opened by the Hira Lal, Mohan Devi, Rita Gupta Memorial Trust.[2]

Campus

The campus of the institute is spread over an area of 3 acres. The campus has a main Administrative Block, Library, Laboratories, workshops, auditorium, conference and related resources for students.

Academics

The institute is conducting programmes in MBA & MCA and B.Tech programmes with strong emphasis on knowledge and technological education and research. The institute also has started the value addition program, under which student get to learn about new technology in each new semester and make a project using the respective technology, to show their innovative mind and creativity in the field of technology.

Admissions

Admission to all courses is through the common Entrance Examination (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Although some of the seats are reserved through management quota (5lacs) wherein the management takes decisions on the basis on criteria set up by GGSIPU. Along with that, there are some seats through lateral entries for diploma holders, in the 2nd year.
