Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology

Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology is a private engineering college affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. It is located in Rohini, New Delhi, India.[1]

The institute is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi.[2] It offers courses of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), which are approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Infrastructure

BPIT has classrooms, a drawing hall, laboratories, a computer center, playground for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, workshops and a conference/seminar hall having provision of PA system, individual microphones and a LCD/Plasma projection system. Washrooms are supposedly neat and clean. The air conditioned library is well equipped with books. The college has a facility for a girls hostel. The college doesn’t provide a boys hostel.

Festivals

'Corona', the annual cultural festival of Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, is generally held in the last week of March. The festival is celebrated on an inter college level and there are participants from many other colleges as well. Faridkot, a popular rock band, had a live performance in 2011. In 2012, Juggy D and Bollywood DJ, DJ Suketu were the part of the star night of the program. In 2013, the singer Rabbi Shergill performed for the spectators. In 2014, Ijazat fame Falak Shabir performed in the Star Night event of the festival, the theme of the festival was "The Carnival". In 2015, Corona was the host for Femina Miss India Campus Princess Auditions.
