Guillamon Island
Guillamon Island is an uninhabited island south of Scalpay, in the council area of Highland, Scotland.[1] It is 8 acres (3.2 ha) in area.[3] The name origin is obscure.[4] In a north to south direction Guillamon Island is 400 yd (370 m) long.[5] It was bought for £11,000.[3] It is entirely greenstone.[6] Guillemon was recorded as being part of the Trap Islands.[7]
