Denmark was represented by Simon Mathew in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "All Night Long".

For the results of the semi-finals, see Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2008.

Before the final there were two semi-finals which took place on 12 and 19 January 2008 at the DR studios in Copenhagen, with the top four songs from each semi, chosen by text voting, qualifying for the final, where are joined by two "wildcards" chosen by radio listeners. In the final Simon Mathew and the song "All Night Long" won the national televote, divided by region, and got the ticket to Belgrade.[1]

At Eurovision

Denmark participated in the second semi final qualifying for the final after finishing 4th.
In the final Simon Matthew performed in 16th position following Sweden and preceding Georgia where he picked up 60 points and finished 15th.
