DWTC-TV is a commercial television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. Its transmitter is located at Luisita Industrial Park, Tarlac City. It currently serves as a relay of DZRR-TV Dagupan City, under the North Central Luzon sub-region of the network's North Luzon super region. It is currently the only digital station in the sub-region.
