Brandenburg an der Havel – Potsdam-Mittelmark I – Havelland III – Teltow-Fläming I is one of the 299 single member constituencies used for the German parliament, the Bundestag. One of ten districts covering the state of Brandenburg, it covers the city of Brandenburg an der Havel and neighbouring areas.

The constituency was created for the 1990 election, the first election following German reunification. The Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) has won the seat at every election since its creation. Since the 2009 election, the constituency has been represented by Frank-Walter Steinmeier, former Vice-Chancellor of Germany.

- From Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark: the communities of Beelitz, Bad Belzig, Groß Kreutz, Kloster Lehnin, Seddiner See, Treuenbrietzen, Wiesenburg/Mark, Beetzsee, Brück, Niemegk, Wusterwitz and Ziesar.
- From Landkreis Havelland: the communities of Milower Land, Premnitz, Rathenow and Nennhausen
- From Landkreis Teltow-Fläming the communities of Jüterbog and Niedergörsdorf[1]
