"Bonnie & Clyde" is a song recorded by Swiss-Albanian rapper Loredana and Kosovo-Albanian rapper Mozzik. A German and Albanian rap song, it was solely written by the rappers themselves. German producers Macloud and Miksu were hired for the song's composition and production.

The single experienced commercial success and charted at number two in Austria, and reached number three in Germany and Switzerland. It was furthermore certified gold by the Bundesverband Musikindustrie (BVMI) and Verband der Österreichischen Musikwirtschaft (IFPI Austria).

The official music video for the song was shot in Switzerland and was uploaded on 14 September 2018 onto YouTube in order to accompany the single's release. It depicts the rappers playing a story of a rebelling couple inspired by the famed romantic couple Bonnie & Clyde.

Composition

Lasting two minutes and fifty five seconds, "Bonnie & Clyde" was solely written by both Loredana and Mozzik. Its composition and production process was handled by Laurin Auth (Macloud) and Joshua Allery (Miksu).[1] In terms of music notation, it was composed in 4

and is performed in the key of A minor in common time with a tempo of 170 beats per minute.[2][3] The song marks the first time that the couple has collaborated musically on a recording.

Promotion

The accompanying music video was produced by Bilal Hadzic alongside Mohamed Elbouhlali and premiered onto the official YouTube channel of Loredana on 14 September 2018, where it has since amassed a total of 50 million views.[1][4][5]
