History

ASC San Diego was formed in 2015 and scheduled to play its first competitive season as a franchise in 2016. Sitting atop the nationally recognized youth club, ASC San Diego takes the same professional and detailed approach that has served the youth club so well and implement it in the professional ranks. The mission of ASC San Diego is to represent San Diego on the professional national soccer scene while embracing people’s passion for the game in a way that is uniquely San Diegan. A huge part of that is the match day atmosphere and understanding what makes San Diego America’s finest city. Everything from the sponsor partnerships to the tangible match day atmosphere is centered on representing San Diego and the game with the excellence they deserve.[1]
