A ACA Heavyweight Championship bout between current champion Evgeniy Goncharov and former champion Mukhumat Vakhaev served as the ACA 104 main event.[1] The pairing were supposed to have met previously in March 2018 at ACA 94, but Vakhaev was unable to compete due to health problems.

It was announced that Desmond Green was signed with the ACA and was expected to make his debut at ACA 107 against Eduard Vartanyan. However on January 22, Green was jailed in Florida for violating the terms of his pre-trial release in a DUI manslaughter case. Vener Galiev served as Green replacement, takes the fight against Vartanyan.
